Toronto, Ontario – ZenaTech (Nasdaq: ZENA), a technology company specializing in AI drone solutions, announced that its subsidiary ZenaDrone has moved into a new manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility will produce drones for US defense and NATO applications, complying with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
The facility will manufacture the ZenaDrone 1000, a multifunctional autonomous AI drone. It will also conduct research and development, including the development of drone swarms for use in border control and perimeter security. Drone swarms are groups of autonomous drones that work together to perform tasks with increased speed, efficiency, and coverage.
“Expanding our Arizona presence to a manufacturing facility with flight testing and an R&D center is a key part of our development strategy,” said CEO Shaun Passley. “Drone swarms powered by AI and quantum computing promise to revolutionize the defense sector.”
ZenaTech is also working on the Sky Traffic project, which uses AI drones and quantum computing to develop applications for traffic management, weather forecasting, and wildfire management.

Tel Aviv, ISRAEL and New York – Gauzy (NASDAQ: GAUZ), a leading provider of light and vision control technologies, has been recognized with the Outstanding Supplier Award from Yutong, the world’s largest commercial bus manufacturer. Gauzy received the award for its excellent performance in delivering and supporting its Smart-Vision Camera Monitor System (CMS) in the third quarter of 2024.
Gauzy is the dominant provider of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for Yutong. Gauzy’s Smart-Vision system replaces rear-view, front-view, and side-view mirrors on more than 25 different Yutong bus models across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East.
The Smart-Vision system significantly improves visibility for drivers by eliminating blind spots. According to a study by Geneva Public Transport, this can reduce the overall costs related to bus accidents by approximately 40%.
“It is an honor to be chosen by Yutong as the recipient of its Outstanding Supplier Award,” said Eyal Peso, CEO of Gauzy. “We are very proud of our strong and growing partnership with Yutong.”
