Nova Minerals Secures More Flexibility for Estelle Gold Project Development

Nova Minerals has reached an agreement with its largest institutional shareholder, Nebari, to ease financial covenants. This allows Nova to free up approximately A$2 million in additional cash flow. The company plans to use these funds to accelerate the feasibility study for the RPM gold deposit and explore a potential antimony operation at Stibium.

The agreement also includes a change in the conversion price of the convertible notes and the option for Nova to extend the maturity of the convertible facility by an additional 12 months. These changes are subject to shareholder approval.

Nova Minerals is focused on advancing the Estelle Gold Project in Alaska, which includes multiple gold and antimony deposits. The company is pursuing a strategy that enables scalable production to achieve both near-term cash flow and long-term growth.
